Each home will have a single parking space, which you can leave occupied when your home is vacant if you so wish.

The centrally located private swimming pool will be approximately thirty feet by fifteen feet; five feet at the deep end, and three feet at the shallow end. Decking around the pool will be free flowing offering spacious sun decks.

For those wanting the ultimate in outside living the penthouse units come with 1800 square feet of private roof garden. The space has been designed as an outside condo with the following features:

The condominiums command a high-end rental and, as you would expect, the association offers a first class service. Guests are both collected and returned to the international airport, inventory is checked and re-stocked as required, maid service is available and the apartment is cleaned before and after occupation whether for the owner or the rental guests. Other services can be provided upon request - car rental, diving, island tours, game fishing, visits to other islands etc
